PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Supervises, plans, directs and monitors the activities of the Transmission and Substation clerical staff to efficiently and timely complete work initiatives, maintain and deliver optimum quality of service to customers, and maximize employees productivity and profitability to the company. Maintains an environment that promotes employee safety and diversity. Establishes standards, develops and implements plans to improve processes and increase customer satisfaction. Maintains, schedules and reconciles calendars for Director and Managers of department to ensure daily time efficiency. Trains & assists department supervisors in various computer system applications. Runs and analyzes reports for T&S personnel. Participates in department projects by training T&S personnel and by obtaining required materials. Collaborates and establishes relationships with other departments within Exelon to establish current needs and requirements. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
