PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Coordinate talent management initiatives that help build organizational capability and drive performance across Exelon. Drive governance and oversight for assessment programs, talent review/succession management and performance management program. Consult with HR and managers/leaders as well as manage external consultants to identify and help implement program improvements and streamline best practices across the organization. Conduct benchmarking research and leverage findings to identify and implement improvements to talent management processes across the organization. Oversee financial management and assessment vendor relationships. Development and delivery of training materials including but not limited to job aids, webinars, and SharePoint sites and serve as technical SME for talent management tool / software.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implement tools and processes aligned with talent management best practices. Support communications and training for talent processes. Partner with the COE on any other Talent Initiatives (example: Talent Accelerated).
  • Drive the oversight of organizational business talent review, succession planning and other talent management processes to support effective talent selection, development and management.
  • Lead point of contact for the business for performance management tools. Serve as ETalent/ePeople Talent SME for HR community. Ownership of training resources and job aids to support the technology. Support the COE in responding to talent inquiries through multiple internal communication channels. Talent Management liaison with HR Technology and HR Analytics on performance tools and data.
  • Lead for Exelon’s Assessments administration. This includes management of vendor relationships, logistics oversight, ownership and maintenance of SharePoint site, development of training resources, consult with OpCo’s on assessment needs, and financial management.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of development programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying personalities and work styles, team player.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability and confidence to manage very senior interactions and expectations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience designing and implementing programs and strategies.
  • Demonstrated business acumen is preferred.
