Program management of core performance and development programs, including performance management, talent management (business talent review), competency models and development planning programs. Partners with TMOD leaders and practitioners across the OpCos to lead change management efforts/build buy-in/manage stakeholders/conduct assessments/monitor progress/acquire and share leading practices. Partners and collaborates with leadership development lead and practitioners to ensure a cohensive and integrated talent strategy. Maintains strategic partnerships with external HR best practice and research organizations (e.g., Corporate Leadership Council (CLC)). Manages the execution of integrated talent management processes to ensure that Exelon's leadership talent is sufficient to meet current and future business needs.


  • Serves as a Talent Management subject matter expert in the TMOD Center of Excellence (COE). Work with partners to connect the dots on process, technology, culture, strategy and structure as it relates to Integrated Talent Management at Exelon. Provide governance and oversight of core performance and development programs, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Competency Models and Individual Development Planning. Look for opportunities to continuously improve current process as well as build a model that will be able to sufficiently support change to future state process. Set strategic direction of annual process and ensure all resources (calendar, tools, policy documents) are in place to support the programs. Help to oversee related and supporting technologies, look for ways to improve current systems and automate and streamline.
  • Leads for enterprise wide governance/oversight for end to end integrated talent processes focused on performance development and business talent review/succession management. Work with the Director and VP to govern/oversee the enterprise wide Business Talent Review, succession planning, and other talent management processes to develop leadership talent for operating group(s) current and future business needs. Analyze and interpret enterprise wide BTR data and provide counsel to operating company leaders to ensure that there is ready talent to meet strategic business objectives. In conjunction with other HR professionals (in Corporate TMOD and/or OpCo TMOD, HR Operations), coordinate/implement appropriate processess and initiatives to support this goal, which may include leadership development, retention assessments/programs, leadership rotations, capability development and slates for open key management positions, and coaching/mentoring. 
  • Partner with HRT on the oversight and management of ePeople Talent.
  • Supervise and develop team of one (E02).


  • Operate under minimal direction from Director, Talent Management and Leadership Development.
  • Contributes to the design, development and implementation of Exelon-wide leadership development training and education.
  • Review and approval of budget and cost management responsibilities.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in HR, training, leadership and/or management development.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver even during periods of ambiguity and change.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively at all levels of management.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree in adult learning, instructional design, psychology or related field strongly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor relation skills.
