PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Program management of core performance and development programs, including performance management, talent management (business talent review), competency models and development planning programs. Partners with TMOD leaders and practitioners across the OpCos to lead change management efforts/build buy-in/manage stakeholders/conduct assessments/monitor progress/acquire and share leading practices. Partners and collaborates with leadership development lead and practitioners to ensure a cohensive and integrated talent strategy. Maintains strategic partnerships with external HR best practice and research organizations (e.g., Corporate Leadership Council (CLC)). Manages the execution of integrated talent management processes to ensure that Exelon's leadership talent is sufficient to meet current and future business needs.
