Provide daily management and operational oversight of the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC). This includes primary accountability for quality, consistency, efficiency and accountability for the overall compliance with the performance goals of the CSOC.

POSITION SCOPE
Leads the Cyber SOC to meet key performance metrics across four key capabilities: Security Monitoring, Incident Handling & Response, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Technical Solutions Operational Management &Development. Represents the Cyber SOC to Business and Security leadership. Provides management oversight to Cyber SOC, including primary performance evaluation of direct reports and second-level evaluation for front-line staff.
