PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provides detailed administrative and systems support to the Damage Prevention and Claims Department. Performs a multitude of duties and varied special projects to support both department and business unit's goals with minimum of supervision. Participate in the handling of select multiple property damage claims. Coordinate the billing and collection process for assigned Company damage claims. Note: Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24x7 coverage for storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Graduate or equivalent and 5-7 years of related experience. Knowledge of Claims handling process and systems. Proficient in computerized Information Systems
Associates or Bachelors degree.
