Provide administrative support to the Constellation Office of Corporate Governance (“OCG”) by scheduling, organizing and managing Constellation board meetings and assisting with the drafting and distribution of confidential meeting materials board-related functions.  Serve as liaison between senior executives and members of the board of directors.  Provide administrative support to OCG team and directors to facilitate team goals.


  • Proactively partners with OCG team members on all planning aspects for Constellation board meetings and other director-attended events.  This includes the proactive development and distribution of meeting materials using the preferred board portal.  Maintain all physical and electronic corporate records, including minutes, for the board and committees.  
  • Communicates directly with members of the board of directors, business unit executives, and staff regarding scheduling and attendance at board events and Constellation-sponsored activities; assisting with board portal usage. Partner with Senior Executive Board Liaison on confidential communications to directors regarding scheduling and attendance at board events and Constellation-sponsored activities
  • Provides administrative support for OCG team when needed including Department of Defense annual filings, payment processing and reconciliations with Concur and other systems as needed; maintaining department records, including hard and electronic copies and routine archiving in accordance with retention guidelines.  Independent initiation of other department administrative needs.
  • Partners with Senior Executive Board Liaison and Corporate Security for attendance and transportation issues related to board events; providing on-site administrative support.
  • Manages relationships with vendors supplying products and services to OCG and boards, including catering, supplies, reproduction of meeting materials, delivery services, etc.  


  • Understanding of overall company operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Regularly assume broad variety of moderately complex administrative details having moderate impact on costs, such as arranging meetings, assembling materials, and responding to questions or requests of directors and executives on sensitive business matters.
  • Handle moderately complex operational details, anticipating secretarial/administrative needs of the Chairman and the CEO and directors.
  • Works under minimal supervision.


  • A minimum of 4 years related professional-level administrative experience.
  • Expert mastery of board portal and excellent technical skills in Microsoft office suite products and other systems as the OCG team requires
  • Strong written and oral communication skills at a professional level
  • Interpersonal and team-oriented skills to achieve OCG team goals.
  • High ability to multi-task, prioritize and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work overtime to accomplish OCG team goals.


Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
