PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Sr Manager, HR Solutions Projects is a member of the HR Solutions leadership team and is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives and projects in support of the HR organization. Initiatives / projects may include:
- Actively lead ongoing operational and technical project management (PMO) activities including change management and coordination and oversight of communication activities for HR Solutions initiatives and development and assessment of departmental initiative status reporting.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into something actionable and easily understood by non-technical audiences.
-Define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for technical (ex: HRS Technology) and operational (ex: HR Services, Benefit Operations) staff members within organization required for specific projects or initiatives.
-Update and maintain project documentation to ensure proper maintenance and support, this includes but is not limited to: technical diagrams, process flows and meeting minutes.
-Develop comprehensive timelines that accurately reflect the needs of a project, budget and deliverables.
-Oversee, project management and coordinate between HR Solutions, third-party vendors and all HR departments involving policies, programs and processes affecting Human Resources change initiatives.
-HR Solutions change advocate serving as a project manager, facilitator, subject matter expert or support resource to drive future HR initiatives. Represent HR Solutions in Merger and Acquisition activity and emerging cross functional project work. Must embrace and analytic and continuous improvement mindset and develop and assist in the execution of communication, education and training of HR Solutions to ensure sustainability.
-LRP and Financial Management: Lead HR Solutions team through annual LRP process. Participate in monthly financial reviews and analysis. Aggregate, track and report cost savings commitments and progress against commitments.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan, organize and oversee execution of multiple projects and initiatives in support of HR Solutions key deliverables and goals. This includes responsibilities pertaining to, but not limited to, HR Solutions strategic and business planning, financial planning, organization formation and talent reviews, HR Solutions communications and engagement planning and overall organizational performance improvement activities, working in concert with functional partners (e.g., COEs, OpCo HR) as appropriate.
Qualifications
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum:
• BS degree in HR or Business or equivalent internal or external business experience
• Minimum of 10 years company experience in a variety of departments or equivalent external experience
• Five years management experience with demonstrated success in performance management and employee development
• Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, and ability to communicate to all levels of organization
• Ability to balance a wide range of stakeholders, including executive leadership within and outside function, and drive to successful outcomes
• Ability to translate a vision into tangible initiatives, project plans and/or work product
• Ability to deliver timely, accurate and polished work product for an executive’s use with a wide range of audiences
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Demonstrated project management experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PPT skills

• Past experience with process analysis and redesign
