PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in the development of methodologies to analyze core reloads (safety/transient analysis). Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations. Familiar with codes and methods associated with safety/transient analysis (e.g. RETRAN, VIPRE, RELAP, and/or equivalents). Possesses solid computer skills including the usage Office Products, competent in the LINUX working environment, and programming skills / scripting. Capable of performing multiple tasks simultaneously in a quality fashion. Able to work well independently and in a team.
