Perform functions in support of the maintenance of Supply programs; design and implementation of Supply management meetings; support the Supply liaison with filling BSC and business unit requests for information and standard reporting requirements; support data analysis, business case development and implementation of special projects.


  • Perform functions in support of the implementation of BSC-wide initiatives, and provide updates for required monthly/quarterly reports (20%)
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives such as All-Hands meetings, Chief Supply Officer feedback session, road show meetings and supplier summits (20%)
  • Assist in coordinating and developing presentations required in support of Supply's EDBE program (15%)
  • Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned (5%)
  • Assist in coordinating monthly Supply Management Review Meetings (MRM) and leadership decks assemble presentation materials, facilitate meetings, and track follow-up action items (15%)
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data in support of special projects and initiatives through research, and preparation of reports/presentations. (15%)


Perform functions in support of work needed to implement Supply programs, management meetings and assigned projects. The position may interact with managers and staff within and external to the Supply organization.


  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field. Or High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years of experience
  • Strong PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport, Hyperion)
  • Communication (verbal, written) skills.
  • Data analysis experience
