The Park is a function within the Office of the CIO (OCIO) that governs and oversees the delivery of IT services by strategic third parties to Exelon. We are looking for people to join our team who have a passion for improving the way we work, collaboration with strategic partners and internal stakeholders, and data and technology. We want to enable access to relevant, decision ready data on digital, self-service platforms. 



Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting to support our Park workstream processes under the direction of a Sr. Analyst or Manager. Contribute to the design, development and implementation of digital technology and automation related to our data collection, analysis and presentation processes.  Perform analysis and prepare comprehensive reports/charts/graphs to support business operations.  Assist in communications, facilitation, and coaching related to Park processes. Manage our information repository to ensure easy access to historical and operational information.







Data Analytics and Reporting Services:

Perform analysis and reporting in support of Park operations which govern and oversee the activities related to technology initiatives across multiple business areas. Track, maintain, analyze, and provide current information related to Park operations. Develop and maintain various reports/charts/graphs. Organize and maintain the document library within Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.



Support of Park Workstream Activities:

Build presentations and communications related to day-to-day activities across Park Portfolios.  Assist in facilitation of meetings. Review Park artifacts ensuring compliance to Park and Exelon standards. Work with internal organizations to ensure that appropriate mechanisms are in place to provide Park performance information as required.



Tools and Reporting Automation and Continuous Improvement:

Support the design, development and implementation of digital scorecards and dashboards.

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and drive self-service reporting. Support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a collaboration portal. Continued evolution of Park tools and materials (job aids, process flows, Excel, etc.) related to evolving Park tools and proce










- Bachelor’s degree (Science (Art & Design), Business, Finance, Information Technology) and 2 -5 years related business experience, or 6 – 9  equivalent combination of education and work experience


-Experience with Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Teams, Yammer)

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to retrieve and analyze data in support of business needs.


- Strong problem solving, financial and business analysis.


-Strong data management and file organization skills

- Customer driven with excellent oral and written communications skills.

- Ability to analyze data and complex problems, interpret and recommend alternative courses of action


-“Tech Savvy” – Eager and able to leverage technology to solve business problems

-Application experience with standard software applications (Microsoft Word, Access, PowerPoint)



-Experience with specialized business technologies (e.g. Power BI)


Additional Considerations:


- Industry experience in Energy Utilities and/or Generation/Transmission


- Experience with outsourcing agreements and associated operational processes, contract change requests, service level management


- Previous vendor management experience a plus



  • As assigned, work effectively with outsourcing partners
  • Performs this service in support of the Park including related processes
