  • Develops pricing strategies to meet customers’ needs while providing a profit for the organization
  • Determines core business costs of service in support of pricing development.
  • Designs, implements and maintains pricing infrastructures.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of pricing strategies and modifies pricing structures as needed.
  • Provides reporting and documentation of pricing structures and serves as the point-of-contact for pricing inquiries from internal sales department.

  • Working knowledge of business principles and practices
  • Working knowledge of the energy industry
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and processes


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business related field of study or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years experience with pricing strategies and pricing infrastructures
  • Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and the Internet
  • Proficiency with query building tools within applications
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to function in a team environment and to maintain rapport with employees and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and independent decision-making
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility on the job and the ability to work under multiple, daily deadlines
  • Travel as required by customers’ and businesses’ needs.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and e-mails. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors, colleagues, and customers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information at all times

  • 3-5 years of regulated and/or deregulated energy industry experience
  • Specific experience in marketing, sales, or operations
  • CRM management experience
