PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Regularly and customarily perform necessary duties required to maintain and effectively operate the storeroom for Fleet Services, which include:

  • Under limited supervision, regularly repairs and maintains all types of tools used in the Fleet Services shop.    .
  • Order, receive, storing, issuing, transferring and shipping of material.
  • Takes, prepares, maintains and completes all inventory.
  • Operates lift trucks for deliveries.
  • Assists in salvage operations as required.
  • Perform necessary clerical work essential to job.
  • Use and understand Fleet Management computer systems.

 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have (5) five years previous experience in automotive/construction/ truck equipment or parts related work.
  • Must be able to demonstrate abilities to the Company's satisfaction and that they may meet the job requirements.
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain promptly the required vehicle operator's license
  • Position requires heavy lifting (must be able to lift 50 Ibs.).
