PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform identity and access management activities on behalf of Corporate and Information Security Services (CISS), HR, Business Unit, and IT application owners in support of security risk management, compliance, and business requirements. Activities include (but are not limited to) the support of user onboarding, job transfers, terminations, contractor conversions, ID badging and physical access, IT application user access provisioning/revocation, identity and access control system maintenance, troubleshooting on failed IAM  automated processes, and response to user/business inquiries
  • Proactively apply cyber security as well as business knowledge to tasks and activities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business and security partners
  • Provide excellent service to customers across the Enterprise
  • Assist junior team personnel with tasks and duties and providing training to them as needed
  • Utilize best practices to improve products and services. Apply and verify compliance to standards as defined within Exelon's Management Model document repository


JOB SCOPE

 

  • Interact with customers requiring identity and access management support and analysis throughout the Enterprise
  • Perform all work in compliance with industry regulatory requirements and internal procedures, specifically NERC CIP and SOX
  • Work under the minimal supervision of senior team members

 

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in identity and access management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong technical knowledge of Identity and Access tools and Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Governance concepts, practices, tools, and processes
  • Knowledge of PC/desktop workstation applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Responsive and professional work ethic
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail oriented


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree
  • Knowledge of Oracle’s Identity Governance system
