Role Overview
The scope of this role entails completing operational activities associated with on-boarding and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customers. Activities include, but are not limited to, accurately enrolling, setting up, correcting, and updating utility and other bill account information into a proprietary database in a timely manner.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Accurately inputting bill data from utilities and other bills with varying formats and information
  • Completing necessary audit activities (e.g., audit bill enrollments and set-up for accuracy)
  • Meeting all daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined by management
  • Assisting in processing and scanning mail
  • Other duties as assigned


Telecommuter Role 


Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • High school degree / GED
  • Proficient computer application system skills and ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously
  • Must be able to key for extended periods of time
  • 10-key proficiency
  • Type minimum 35 WPM
  • Ability to stay devoted to the task and work quickly
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively under high pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Effective collaboration with others and a positive and supportive attitude
  • Adaptability to perform tasks outside of daily responsibilities, as assigned
  • Ability to operate office equipment, including copier, printer, computer, and phone
