PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provides Supply/AP support to Supply and all Exelon business partners. 
Supply BOTS SME provides governance and oversight to Supply processes enabled by technologies to create meaningful information, knowledge, and insight to help drive Supply decisions and support performance and improvement.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. SME Support 
First-line support for all Supply/AP applications. 
Updates and maintains configuration related to Supply/AP processes.
Participates in New Business setup activities. 
Generation and maintenance of Tax jurisdiction/Tax composites in Asset Suite and Passport. 
Assist with facilitation of access to Supply modules.

2. Daily SME Support 
Facilitates functional configurations & design, implement business projects, and process improvements.  
Provide Supply business process solutions and efficiencies enterprise wide through innovation, collaboration while reducing Supply Chain costs.
Provide regression testing support for Supply Applications and interfaces due to monthly patching, application maintenance, and/or interface changes.

3. Training Support 
Develop training content for Supply/AP processes.
Provides training to Supply/AP and Exelon business partners.

4. Project Support
Manage and plan small enhancement projects related to the system. 

5. Cross Functional Support
Participate on cross functional and cross business unit project teams in support of changes to business process using existing and new technologies and/or systems.

6. Support the Business Units' Emergency  Response activities as assigned.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum:

- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science or related field with five (5) years experience
or

- High school diploma or equivalent, with nine (9) years of experience

- Excellent PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport, Hyperion)

- Excellent communicator, written and oral, with strengths in organization, planning and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical skills.

- Working knowledge of the Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable modules of Passport (Purchasing, - Contracts, and Action Tracking) and eSourcing tool.

- Use and understand effective change management skills and strategies.

Preferred:

- Understanding of commodities, suppliers, market alignments and supply concepts and technical and non-technical clients.

- Strong project management skills.

Qualifications

- Provide expertise on data collection and analysis as it pertains to the entire supply chain process.

- Responsible for achieving project results and Supply Chain information management.

- Support the Supply Organization across Exelo
