Manage Information Technology projects consisting of cross-functional teams involving multiple IT disciplines and areas including contract resources. Responsible for managing the scope, schedule, budget projects and programs. Leads project teams through business case / funding approval process, initiation, execution and project closeout in accordance with IT Management Model and PMI standards. These projects have budgets that will typically range from $250K to $15 million.
This position will be a part of a focused group contributing to Exelon’s enterprise-wide technology evolution. You will be part of the team building the foundation for the continuous development and improvement of the internal and external customers experiences. This is a Senior Individual Contributor role that will provide an opportunity to lead and mentor in various project efforts

This role is highly focused on various customer testing platforms, with a concentration on Oracle’s Customer Care and Billing Application.  You will perform activities related to all aspects of customer system testing through the analysis of high-quality solutions, products and processes.  Additional work around documentation, reporting and requirements gathering and documenting practices and methodologies will be required.

This is a fast-paced team with the potential for days when we, as a team, may be required to work extended hours and/or shift work to support our effort and meet assignment deliverables.  This doesn’t mean we won’t take the time to celebrate our victories, incorporate fun days to volunteer, and fun team building events.  There will be opportunity to work across teams and take on new tasks outside of the routine work that will give you the opportunity to grow and learn new skills. 
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

- Responsible and accountable for overall project performance for projects, subprojects, processes, new technology programs, information technology and organizational initiatives. 

- Ensures project costs, schedule and scope are managed, including the development of recovery plans, to stay within approved limits. 

- Interface with external and internal stakeholders to coordinate project requirements. 

- Primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues, including executive level and interdepartmental presentations. 

- Ensures a good working relationship between the project team, internal resources, vendors and interfacing organizations. 

- Coaches and leads team members to ensure completion of assigned tasks. 

- Identify and obtain project team resources. 

- Ensures project team members understand their respective responsibilities. 

- Detect, track and resolve software defects and inconsistencies

- Analyze user stories and /use cases/ requirements for validity and feasibility as needed

- Create and execute test plans as needed

- Execute all levels of testing (Sprint, System Integration, Operational Readiness and Regression) as needed

- Assist with our testing teams' transition into automation testing

- Perform database testing and querying as needed

- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned




- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Informational Systems or Computer Science or related discipline and 5 - 8 years project management or related experience. 
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). (PMP certification will fulfill this requirement). 
- Demonstrated and documented success at managing projects. 
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader including the ability to handle conflicting priorities in a multitask environment. 
- Demonstrated strong independent judgment skills. 
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and time management skills. 

- Master’s degree in Project Management, Informational Systems or Computer Science (or advanced technical degree) or Business Administration 
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification 
- Experience or knowledge of Oracle CCB
- Ability to work with remote team members and/or stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders
- Experience working within an Agile methodology
- Experience working with Azure Dev Ops
- Experience working with Power BI
- Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in Oracle CC&B system
- Strong knowledge of corporate testing tools and overall testing in a matrixed environment
