PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide thought leadership to define and implement standards and pragmatic processes reflective of industry trends and best practices. This includes standards for products, projects, agile capabilities. While driving consistency and process adherence through governance, process, standards, and tools for improved business outcomes.
Develop and maintain relationships with IT stakeholders, business stakeholders, and various functions ensuring their requirements and needs are well understood and reflected in process improvements.
Lead project governance forums and phase gate review process. Monitor the effectiveness and process adherence while providing coaching, mentorship, and training to delivery teams. This includes monthly dashboard reporting and proactive transparency to delivery risks and issues across and within portfolios.
Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization. Provide input on development and retention processes for IT employees.
