PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provide systems support for Exelon Treasury applications, including Wall Street Suite, BankServ FileAct/TurboSWIFT, Chesapeake SmartAnalysis/IDM, and Fiserv ReconPlus. Responsibilities include Treasury systems support, including implementation of application enhancements and software configuration changes, end-user support and participation on project teams. Position often requires extended and off-hours support during application upgrades and system maintenance as well as backup of other team members.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide day-to-day support for Treasury system applications, including Wall Street Suite, BankServ, Chesapeake and ReconPlus. Includes performing application configuration updates and system maintenance.
• Maintain system documentation and internal process and procedure documents, including management model documents and Financial Systems training materials.
• Participate in the systems implementation process by defining business requirements and processes, preparing business cases, developing test strategies and test cases, performing testing, defining user procedures and workflows, developing conversion and implementation strategies, verifying conversion, providing user documentation, end-user training, and providing post-implementation support.
• Provide backup to other Financial Systems reporting team members as needed

POSITION SCOPE

Provides day-to-day functional support of Treasury applications and end-users including application configuration updates and system maintenance
• Maintain system documentation and internal process and procedure documents, including management model documents and Financial Systems training materials.
• Often requires extended and off-hours support during application upgrades and system maintenance.
• Provides backup to other Financial Systems reporting team members as needed
• No direct reports

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science
• Work with Internal Audit on communication and documentation of sox controls
• Project & Merger Upgrades and New product Integrations
• Must be a creative, self starting, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual with exceptional analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to set appropriate priorities while performing under pressure and/or opposition
• Commitment to highest standards of quality and integrity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CPA or other financial certification
• Treasury Management or Corporate Treasury experience
• Project management experience
• Business analysis experience
• Wall Street Cash and Transaction Risk Management Certification. (12k)
• Proficient in SQL
