Job Summary:
- Provides complete administrative support to the Workload Planning department. Creates and maintains multiple schedules for field installations. Coordinates installation dates with customers and subcontractors as needed.
Primary Duties and responsibilities:
- Coordinates scheduling of work in conjunction with Workload Planning Unit
- Delivers friendly, courteous and responsive service to internal and external customers, exemplifying our corporate mission and values
- Maintains department schedule
- Tracks statistics and works on special projects
Knowledge:
- Must demonstrate superior PC skills, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong organization skills.
- Ability to work independently in fast paced environment; handle multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Competencies:
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Over two years related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education/training experience.
