PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assist in the development, delivery, and management of dynamic pricing programs as part of the Demand Response portfolio to ensure cost recovery and minimize performance risk. Manage the process of “Request for Proposals” and awarding of contracts to subcontractors and vendors supporting programs. Coordinate with other utility departments providing program logistic support. Monitor, track, and provide necessary program performance data for measurement and verification purposes.
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage the process of procuring services from vendors specializing in supporting dynamic pricing rate plans to utility customers. This includes issuing RFP’s, evaluating responses, identifying best offers, obtaining legal review, coordinating with Supply Services, and awarding contracts. |

Provide ongoing oversight of vendors and direct management of dynamic pricing programs. Conduct regular vendor meetings and obtain progress reports to ensure programs are running appropriately. Track performance and provide feedback and corrective actions as necessary. |

Work with Marketing Promotions team in managing all program communication and outreach needs. Work to make certain that all messaging is accurate and consistent with the larger dynamic pricing portfolio. |

Prepare program status reports to accurately monitor program performance and financial goals. Maintain and provide appropriate documentation to support regulatory compliance filings. |

Ensure that Accounts Payable (invoice review, verification and check creation) and Accounts Receivable functions (audit billing) are managed according to applicable Corp. Policies and Procedures and comply with appropriate accounting and Sarbanes Oxley rules. |

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing and delivering utility dynamic pricing programs to specific sector. Program and contract management experience are preferred.
POSITION SCOPE
Assist in planning, and subsequently implement and manage dynamic pricing programs as part of a portfolio approved by the state utility commission. Fulfill the day-to-day requirements to serve customers participating in dynamic pricing programs.
Provide daily oversight of various program support vendors.
Develop the necessary performance metrics and track them to ensure that programs are delivered according to state utility commission rules and regulations to ensure cost recovery. Ensure that Company exposure to litigation risk is minimized.
Manage all customer relations’ issues arising out of dynamic pricing programs.
Provide data analysis and subject matter expertise in responding to state utility commission requests or implementation of state utility commission orders. This includes annual reporting of results.
