PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Provides governance, oversight, support and perform for excellence in instruction, the systematic approach to training, and the development of leadership training for Exelon. Provides oversight and assessment of operating company instructional staff performance and leads initiatives to achieve and sustain excellent performance. Identifies and implements industry best-practices in the systematic approach to training.
Qualifications
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leads and manages the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evauation of the EU common supervisor and leader training programs. Serves as a master facilitator for leadership training programs and provides train-the-trainer/coaching to executives and other senior leaders that support the facilitation of training.
Leads and manages the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evauation of the EU common SAT training program for all instructional staff.
Provides oversight and assessment of Exelon instructor performance, complaince with the systematic approach to training and recommends solutions to identified gaps. Drives excellence in instructional techniques and the systematic approach to training (SAT). Aligns the operating companies on the implementation of industry best practices.
Provides oversight of Exelon site instructional designers. Drives excellence in training material reviews. Drives instructional designer ownership of the systematic approach to trainings.
Partners with company executives and key stakeholders to analyze operating company performance issues to develop and lead business strategy for the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of leadership and instructor training programs that sustain excellent performance.
