RESPONSIBILITIES


1. Address all customer complaints which are referred to the Region, including complaints received through the OCC, Presidential Complaints, PUC complaints, and Regulatory Performance complaints.
2. Contact customers to determine the nature of their complaints.
3. Write letters on behalf of management to address customer issues.
4. Interact with Key Accounts to address customer reliability issues
5. Recommend field solutions to reliability problems.
6. Assist the Reliability Engineer in performing circuit, load, and reliability analysis.
7. Assist in the analysis of interruption reports.
8. Develop and maintain records to define reliability trends.

 

Note - this is a bargaining unit position

POSITION REQUIREMENT

 

1. Knowledge of aerial and underground electric distribution work practices, standards, and procedures.
2. PC skills with word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
3. Experience with Passport, CIMS and OMS.
4. Knowledge of PECO Energy Tariff and service requirements.
5. Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for use on company business.
6. Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and fulfill on-call responsibilities, including field response.
