Lead team responsible for annual and monthly rate times quantity billing processes:

• Manage adjustments and data modeling based on rate times quantity changes
• Development and design of new services, retirement of old and capture of year-over-year changes for annual IT provided services catalog documentation
• Support annual Chart of Accounts analysis and external benchmark comparison
• Ensures Accounting and Finance requirements are addressed, and all vested parties aligned

• Document data model architectural changes

• Create and gain alignment across OCIO and Peer groups for process documentation across core functional areas

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or Finance or Accounting)
• At least 8 years of relative experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formula development, pivot tables and scenario modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to develop multiple solutions to moderately complex problems and recommend the best solution to the business and project team
• Run simulation analyses on scenarios to evaluate proposed process changes
• Basic financial understanding including budgeting, variance analysis and financial statements
• Experience and deep knowledge of the business processes
• Experience engaging with and supporting senior level leadership
• Demonstrated strategy planning and customer engagement skills and experience leading teams and people through change
• Excellent consultative skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Advanced interpersonal skills, communications skills, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to present and discuss complex financial management information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding and approval
• Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT, business management and with external business partners

• MBA or other advanced degree in data analytics
• Experience with Application Portfolio Management tools or ServiceNow
• Experience with Apptio Cost Transparency and Technology Business Management
• Advanced skills constructing PowerBI reporting and/or relational database design
