-Communicate the availability of material to regional work managers, job owners, project managers and follow-up on issues as they arise within the workweek schedules.
-Perform the work of receiving, recording, routing, dispatching customer requests, information, orders, and emergency calls as it relates to Inventory.
-Complete ownership in the work management process including preparing and addressing any material & logistic requirement.
-Prepare material status reports for an assorted client base.  Communicate any future material requirements to the appropriate commodity owner and supplier. 
-Identify and resolve any material issues with suppliers and or Procurement Specialists.
-Develop, run and evaluate reports as needed to ensure material processes are completed in an efficient and effective manner.
-Supports an environment that fosters a high performance culture and a learning organization.
-Participates in activities for promoting diversity, both in the workplace and in the supplier base.
-Seeks feedback on performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.
1. Responsible for all material requirements from scope freeze through execution week on the Work Management schedule.  

2. Resolve any regional issues through the coordination with the job owners and work management to make the material available for the required need date.

3. Interface with suppliers to ensure the availability and prompt delivery of material required per the work management schedule.  

4. Responsible for meeting and reporting out on monthly performance indicator and developing corrective actions where appropriate.   

5. Provide support as a dispatcher on an as-needed basis for the emergency response team.

1. Requires 4-year relevant degree and a minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience.

2. Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned.

3. Strong leadership and organizational skills are required.

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with multiple departments while effectively prioritizing a variety of independent assignments.

5. Ability to take the initiative and work independently as a self managed work group.

6. Must have good communication, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and conflict management skills.

7. Working knowledge of regional operations and understanding of operational priorities and requirements.

8. Strong PC and Mainframe skills including intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot tables)

9. Logistics & analytical background is preferred. 


• Coordinate all material demands and information needs for a diverse client base.
• Coordinate efforts including recommending processes, collecting pertinent data, determining future trends and interpreting historical information.
• Make decisions on material availability related to planned jobs.
• Serve as liaison between the region, supply and Engineering Services when necessary for material obsolescence, unavailability or material replacement. 
• Supports an environment that fosters a high performance culture and a learning organization.
• Participates in activities for promoting diversity, both in the workplace and in the supplier base.
• Seeks feedback on performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Represent the client’s needs to the supply team, explaining expectations, evaluating responses and determining alternative sourcing strategy as necessary.
• Exercise independent judgment to meet schedule demands.
• Interface with all levels of management.
• Routinely suggest, influence and implement process improvements, material availability, emergent work status, design and planning efficiency.
• Demonstrate solid communication methods with all levels of management across regions, business units, transportation, storerooms, warehouse and suppliers.
• Accountable to work week managers, project managers, job owners, field supervisors, contract managers, planning and design organizations in addition to Supply. 
• Partners with operations in the Work Management system  -- and the owner of any and all material & logistic requests.
• Manage the material availability and logistic support function across various departments and suppliers in order to ensure synchronization of shared tasks.
