Perform integration of supply practices with Work Management and the master schedule, forced outage schedule and planned outage schedule.

1 Perform Interface activities with supply and T&S representatives to ensure timely supplier notification of schedule changes and re-scheduling as necessary. Ensure all business needs are met in a timely manner. Maintain schedules and timesheets for files. Update monthly reports.   

2 Communicate schedule dates, lead-time information and contingency planning to ensure that schedule adjustments are managed, communicated, and implemented. 

3 Validate the demand for services and materials in the master schedule.  Integrate Site Supply priorities and stakeholder’s requests to support the day-to-day, forced outage, Outage Master Schedules, and schedule changes. Scheduling of contractors on system and ability to make on the fly adjustments for priority work.  

4 Perform activities to validate the demand for materials and services in the master schedule. 

5 Perform activities to ensure appropriate communication between Work Control and Supply is achieved for the schedule dates and changes. 

6 Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned (On-Call every 8 weeks)  

Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, science or related field with a minimum of two (2) years experience or High School diploma or equivalent, with six (6) years of experience. 

PC and computer skills (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Passport, Hyperion). 


Knowledge of Asset Suite 8
Knowledge of the Supply Chain process
Knowledge of Material and Inventory
Knowledge of PECO territory and regions
Data analysis experience. 



Performs actions to Integrate the priorities of Site Supply with Work Management and priorities of the site master schedule, including:

Perform activities to update Hold codes for electronic work control system that tie to supply systems (Asset Suite 8).

Implement standard practices to improve overall efficiencies and effectiveness.

Work independently with minimal supervision.
