The Senior Solutions Architect - Volume Management position is a critical role within Constellation that is accountable for the assessment, development, and implementation of technological and data-driven solutions that remove operational impediments, enable transparent metrics, and empower exceptional customer service.


The employee in this position must have the ability to achieve desired results within tight deadlines, work independently, partner with stakeholders both internally and cross-functionally, and adapt to ever-changing energy industry guidelines. internal systems and processes. 




  • Provide technical expertise within the department and business teams to identify technology solutions and strategies to achieve business results.  Ensure appropriate implementation of technology within both the development and production environments.
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to Volume Management leadership that aides in the development of technological plans to support business strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of trends and issues in the area of technical expertise, evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities, and provide analysis of their potential impact to create an advantage for the business.
  • Assist in creation of documentation and training for solutions created. Use best practices to improve solutions provided to the Volume Management team.
  • Develop and maintain an environment that fosters a high-performing team culture within a learning organization by delivering hands-on training and presentations. Provide performance and development feedback as required
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business users, IT partners and other stakeholders
  • Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen that demonstrate a deeper working knowledge of industry regulations, Constellation-specific products, and operational goals that drive customer value.
  • Special projects as assigned

To Be Filled at an E03 or an E04 level based on experience 





  • Four year relevant degree
  • Minimum of five to eight years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient technical skills; advanced level of Microsoft Excel skills
  • Communicates, cooperates and collaborates effectively with peers and key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Proven Problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a sense of urgency with the ability to work under daily deadlines in a high-pressure environment
  •  Expert MS Office 365 application suite, Power Bi, and SQL (Preferred)




Works under minimal supervision, relying on knowledge, skills and judgment acquired through education and relevant experience to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.   

Collaborative partnership and professional communication of all pertinent information across multiple functions to ensure timely delivery for solutions created

Ensure solutions created comply with completion of SOX key controls and document accordingly
