The purpose of this position is to be a subject matter expert for HR Business Intelligence and Analytics within the corporation. Key responsibilities include leveraging and optimizing existing reporting solutions with a strong focus on continuous improvement of the operation. The position is responsible for designing, implementing and continuously improving company-wide HR metrics, reports and dashboards which are aligned with HR and business strategies, using benchmarking and best practices as standards. Additionally, this position is responsible for managing the HR technology resources assigned to the team including day to day operations and performance management.

  • Extract and compile information to create and develop reports/queries to client’s specifications. This includes using various logical, statistical and/or analytical methods to extract data from source systems, conduct research or perform analysis as well as understanding and reconciling gaps and contradictions among reports and between reporting tools. Maintain, improve and automate existing reports and analyses using sustainable and scalable methodology. Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders on both a reoccurring and ad-hoc basis.
  • Lead and support HR Technology projects and emergent work as assigned. This includes leading process improvement projects that are cost-effective and meet business requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement of service delivery, quality controls and efficiency of operations with a focus on customer service excellence. Manage relationships with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes for end-users.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff performance and capabilities and identify training needs; develop staff in technical and soft skills; create an environment that promotes customer service, teamwork, and accountability.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Analytics, Information Systems/Technology, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Finance or related subject area
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages for data analysis (Python, R, Java, Julia, etc.)
  • Technical experience in relational database architecture, and/or HRMS systems including SQL, Oracle BI, Business Objects, Hyperion, etc.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in various HR or IT-related positions
  • Strong consultative, critical thinking and analytic skills with ability to operate strategically
  • Expansive knowledge of ETL processes, metrics, data management and business intelligence strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, be results-oriented, customer-focused and show initiative and creativity
  • Strong communication and client engagement skills
  • Ability to set up appropriate priorities and self- motivate
  • Strong business acumen and broad business skills
