PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Support the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of solutions and services that help Exelon Clearsight achieve desired business results, with a heavy focus on solutions and services that leverage technology.  Perform activities relating to analysis, evaluation, building, programming, testing, correcting, implementing, operating or supporting existing, pending and planned solutions and services, often under the general direction of more experienced personnel.  

Technology areas include:
* general IT infrastructure & equipment (mobile devices, PCs, tablets, servers, wiring/cabling, telecom)
* drones, robotics and sensors (and supporting data capture technologies)
* user and system access control technologies and policies
* data storage, data exchange, data processing, system interfaces and API’s (on-premise and cloud platforms)
* application and IT system design, development and support (scripts, utilities, client server, web, mobile)

This role is part of the Solution Delivery team for Exelon Clearsight and may impact any of the business lines and functional areas throughout the organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
1 Perform activities relating to analysis, evaluation, building, programming, testing, correcting, implementing, operating or supporting existing, pending and planned solutions and services, often under the general direction of more experienced personnel 
• Support and maintain production solutions & systems (answer questions, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues and failures, perform proactive maintenance); may include some field work and may require work on weekends and off-hours
• Support technical projects and initiatives as assigned (help the team build & enhancement the overall delivery platform through enhancements and new capabilities)
• Adhere to standards and guidelines per direction of Exelon Clearsight leadership team.

2 Maintain active engagement with technical trends and solution partners; acquire and apply business and technology knowledge
• Maintain technical and business knowledge/acumen & skills, including emerging trends and technologies
• Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with corporate colleagues, clients, prospects, partners and vendors
• Share insights with team; propose potential improvements to solutions and services

3 Help maintain technical and reference documentation and records
• Ensure documentation (technical, process, training) is up to date and accurate
• Perform technical asset management activities
• Support contract and license maintenance activities related to delivery platform

4 Organize own activities for short-term or sub-project/components; track & report on status

5 Promote and support a culture of diversity, teamwork, collaboration, stewardship and shared learning within Exelon Clearsight and across the greater Exelon family of companies.

Qualifications

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum
• Associate's degree (or at least 60 credits towards a BS degree in a technical field) plus 2-5 years related experience, or 6-9 years equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Ability to set and deliver on assignment and priorities within tight timelines and high expectations  
• Ability to work independently when needed
• Ability to work within a virtual team environment (team members in remote locations, online collaboration tools, etc.)
• Ability to develop, and maintain effective working relationships with customers, peers, subordinates, and management.
• Technical, analytical, and organizational skills along with strong oral and written skills
• Availability to work off-hours and on weekends in response to specific project and support activities

Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other applicable field
• Ability to gain unescorted access to Exelon Nuclear Stations
