Manages activities relating to planning, designing, building, and maintaining high quality solutions, products and processes. Creates and assigns detailed tasks to subordinates. Has budget responsibility for a small project, sub-project or process component.




Perform the annual financial reporting and analytics reporting process across approximately 130 EU Technology projects estimated at $500M including, preparation of T-7 and T+4 forecast analysis

CM, YTD, YE financial variance analysis.


Support the EU IT Run IT as a Business Project Performance Meetings by preparing financial materials and presenting monthly performance updates to IT leadership.


Support the annual 5 Year Long Range Planning (LRP) 1.0 and 2.0 cycles for EU Technology Projects by, preparing and analyzing technology project cost estimates, preparing daily data snapshots of submitted demand, assessing project cashflows, assessing and reconciling demand vs. target variances.


Working across EU, IT, and Utility OpCos to support stakeholder needs preparing Ad Hoc modeling in support of leadership needs. Continuously perform project data quality audits comparing multiple system records against each other and working across EU IT Project Teams to settle discrepancies.


Determine and prepare financial based education materials, lunch and learns, and office hours based on the needs of the EU IT and Business Stakeholder communities.


Maintain the annual EU IT Project Checkbook and monthly review cycle in support of the monthly and YE LE including the checkbook report infrastructure, monthly pre-review and Checkbook meetings, and risks and opportunities process.


Support the monthly EU IT project benefits and tails consolidated tracking initiative.


Lead and support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives within EU IT Strategy, Planning, and Governance including, ServiceNow Enhancements, Automation, LRP Improvements, Run IT as a Business Analytics Improvements, Efficiency initiatives.




Bachelor’s degree, in Finance & Accounting, Math, Economics, Business Management or related discipline and typically

5 to 10 years relevant experience.
Strong Customer Engagement Skills.
Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in IT

Strong problem solving and analysis ability.

Excellent communications skills (written and verbal). 

Ability to work within a team environment.
