PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for the implementation of talent management, leadership development and organizational development programs in order to improve business performance.   

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Facilitate the business talent review, succession planning and other talent management processes to support effective talent selection, development and management.
- Support the individual development planning process in assigned clients. Coach leaders and managers in effective development planning, including the effective use of tools such as job assignments, rotations, assessments, development programs, training, coaching and mentoring. - Serve as the organizational development point of contact for clients. Work with clients to implement initiatives and programs to respond to business- critical needs. Advise clients on developing meaningful insights from the Exelon Employee Survey, and provide analysis and recommendations to clients for improvement. 
- Participate on project teams to support the development and implementation of enterprise-wide management and leadership development processes and programs.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related field.  Master’s degree or MBA in Psychology, OD, or related field strongly preferred.
-5 to 8 years’ experience in HR-related functions that include management/leadership development and talent review.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction from manager.
- Demonstrated personal drive and sense of urgency;  delivers on results despite obstacles.
- Proven coaching and influence skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fosters teamwork and collaboration.
