PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Actively participates in the accurate planning, reporting and analysis functions. This position will also be utilized to adequately fulfill ad hoc requests from various internal and external sources to support decision-making and provide necessary insight to executives, managers, department heads and front office personnel. Individual must be flexible, proactive and able to work with ambiguity. Individual must be able to commit to the time requirements of this position, which may demand extended hours as required.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Provide financial analysis and management reporting of gross margin performance across the Constellation commercial platform.
  2. Work with front and back office personnel to ensure accurate financial modeling and timely reporting of business performance. Bring a financial perspective to daily commercial discussions.
  3. Prepare and review month-end, quarterly and full-year forecast/reports up to and including: executive reporting packages, monthly financial close packages, quarterly management meeting presentations 
  4. Lead weekly / monthly financial performance reviews with business owners
  5. Develop the long-range financial plan.
  6. Perform periodic Ad-hoc reporting, analyses and special projects at the request of Management. 

Qualifications

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
  • 4-year degree in financial related field and 2 to 5 years’ relevant experience and demonstrated success in finance or business operations.
  • Effective financial analysis skills, combined with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Thorough computer base analytical skills (e.g. Access, Excel, Power Point, database management)
  • MBA/CPA Preferred
