Job Description:
Our service division is seeking a HVAC Preventative
Maintenance Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you’re an ambitious, high energy and self-motivated
individual, a Business Development Manager – Preventative Maintenance Sales position
at Constellation could be for you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Pursue both self-generated & company
provided leads in an effort to acquire Preventative Maintenance agreements in
the commercial business space
- Survey customer workplace to determine HVAC
equipment & needs
- Evaluate existing HVAC equipment and asses
labor and material resources needed using an estimating software
- Generate & present Preventative maintenance
Agreement proposals to customers
- Maintain relationships with existing and new
“key” accounts
Job
Requirements:
- High
School Diploma or GED is required
- B.S.
degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering/Technical or other related
area from an accredited four-year university is preferred
- 5
plus years of Business-to-business outside sales
- 1
year HVAC preventative maintenance preferred
- Possess
a basic level of HVAC knowledge preferred
- Proven
experience managing and consistently exceeding a sales quota
- Excellent
written and verbal communications skills
- Strong
interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and closing skills
- Experience
with "C" level customers
- Strong
analytical and technical skills and strategic thinking skills
- Strong
skills in computer applications such a Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability
to apply analytical tools and systems
- Ability
to manage priorities and deadlines
- -
Successful candidate must be willing to travel as needed to meet with customers
and internal representatives

Experience with systems including sales pipeline and sphere and
- -
Working knowledge of the energy industry
- -
Demonstrated success working cooperatively with others people within the same
department, among cross functional project teams and with external customers
- Able
to carry & climb ladders
