PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Assist with the development, activation, and deployment of Exelon’s employment brand strategy both internally and externally.
Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of talent attraction and candidate experience strategies, technologies, policies, and procedures designed to increase quality of hire, reduce recruiting expenses, and speed the acquisition of talent
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Item Accountability
1 Develop and deploy employer brand and recruitment marketing content in partnership with internal stakeholders (TA Delivery, Corp Comms, D&I) and external vendors as necessary, including both ongoing talent attraction/candidate experience initiatives and targeted, real-time campaigns
2 Lead execution of social media strategy/content calendar and external review responses/escalation (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed), and track relevant metrics/analytics
3 Develop and deliver tools and training using a variety of channels – e.g., presentations, webinars, email communications – to educate internal audiences (Talent COEs,TA Delivery, Corp Comms, Hiring Managers, etc) on Exelon’s EVP and employer brand strategy, framework, and messaging
4 Support governance of TA policies, procedures, and technologies
5 Lead participation in external surveys and benchmarking opportunities
Minimum:
• Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred)
• 5-8 years experience in Talent Acquisition inclusive of 1-2 years employer branding and/or recruitment marketing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Innovative and creative mindset
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Preferred:
• Experience using social media marketing platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter and establishing metrics/analytics
• Experience with CRM technology and digital campaigns
• Experience mentoring/coaching junior team members
POSITION SCOPE
- This is a high-visibility position that requires a confident individual who has the ability to lead and influence others without formal authority.
- Works under direct supervision.
