Support development and manage ongoing deployment of Exelon’s employment brand strategy both internally and externally, in partnership with Talent COEs, Talent Acquisition Delivery, Corporate Communications, D&I and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee employer brand guidelines and content library.
- Support development and oversee execution of a formal social engagement strategy leveraging platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor
- Support development and oversee execution of an integrated content marketing strategy to convey Exelon’s employment brand story, including photos, videos, recruitment marketing collateral, job postings, Careers site content, etc. 
Consult with the TA Delivery team to design and/or continually improve recruitment marketing content and candidate experience/engagement initiatives designed to increase quality of hire, reduce recruiting expenses, and speed the acquisition of talent.  Maintain relationships with key external contacts and vendors as necessary.
Leverage survey tools and establish metrics to provide actionable insights, measure ROI, and inform future strategy.



- Drive execution of Exelon Employment Brand strategy and candidate experience initiatives

- Support TA Delivery/Sourcing team in development and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns

- Identify and monitor critical metrics, and develop/maintain reporting/presentations on key initiatives, communicate opportunities to key stakeholders, and support continuous improvement efforts

- Own identification of and participation in external surveys, benchmarking, and employer recognition opportunities

- Collaborate in design, governance and continuous improvement of enterprise TA policies and processes


Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required)
• Seven (7) or more years combined experience in the fields of talent acquisition and/or marketing/communications.
• 1-2 years experience in employment branding or recruitment marketing
• Experience supervising and developing direct reports to successful outcomes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Innovative and creative mindset
• Able to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
• Ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across multiple levels of the business



• Social/digital sourcing experience including familiarity with CRM technology
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
• Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends and the digital landscape in relation to candidate journey



- This is a high-visibility position that requires a confident individual who has the ability to lead and influence others without formal authority.
- Works under direct supervision.
