Primary Purpose
Responsible for the quality, delivery, and completion of planned work packages to FLS by planning milestone. Submission of outages, permits, material requests and/or flagging requests as needed to support work package. Engages in daily communication with Work Control, local planners, FLS’s, OCC as needed to support the work plan and provide supervisors with standardized work packages. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Accountability
Completion and delivery of Planned work packages by planning milestone.
Proactively monitors work plans and key initiatives, communicates on a daily basis with Work Control local work planners to identify risks and plan for contingencies to maintain the work plan.
Accountable for ensuring planned work aligns to organizational strategy, awareness to the financial impacts of the workplan, ensuring work is planned safely.
Learn and follow the planning model of Work Management Process for the region in alignment with the work plan (including coordination and input from the regionalized planners).
Establish and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree electrical engineering or Utility field experience preferred.
