  1. Experience demonstrating skill using PC-based drafting or mapping software (for example, MicroStation, AutoCAD or ESRI-GIS).
  2. General knowledge of PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, database, PDF conversion and email software

 

 

Qualifications

  1. Associate degree in computer Aided Design or related field OR equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience satisfactory to the Company.
  2. Experience demonstrating skill using PC-based drafting or mapping software (for example, MicroStation, AutoCAD, ESRI-GIS or GE SmallWorld).
  3. Experience using PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, database, PDF conversion tools and document management software
  4. Knowledge of general drafting standards, practices and procedures and the ability to complete accurate drawings on schedule.
  5. Must have proven effective verbal and written communication skills
  6. The successful candidate must be results oriented and capable of completing design assignments with minimal direction and must be effective in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills
  7. This position requires a strong work ethic with attention to detail, quality and schedule
  8. Prior to the Company awarding the job, must successfully pass company administered Technical Aptitude Test
