Primary Purpose:

Assists in the management of projects and programs related to the ERM framework at Exelon. Individual must work effectively across multiple functions and departments within OpCos in the management of ERM projects/programs. In addition, individual will help with the development and maintenance of documentation, preparation of high-quality and insightful board and leadership materials.

 

Primary Duties and Accountabilities:

Support the ERM team in the development, maintenance and tracking of projects and programs related to the risk framework (risk identification, assessment, mitigation, & monitoring) at Exelon.  Work includes coordination of topics across multiple Operating Company Risk Management Committees.

Maintain the Operating Company Risk Management Committee dashboards including

    1. Coordination and tracking of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) with risk owners at the OpCos
    2. Assist in tracking and maintenance of Exelon Top Enterprise Risks, mapping these risks to overall audit risk universe and consolidation for leadership reviews
    3. Assist in tracking of emerging risks to ensure timely identification of items/issues of pertinence and preparation of materials to present to senior leadership

Support various other ERM deliverables and developments, including ad hoc requests, as applicable (i.e., bow tie analyses, risk register updates etc.)

Job Scope

Works under the direction of the Manager, ERM Operations. Facilitates and coordinates across many functions and organizations. Location is flexible and can be in any of Exelon’s service territories (Illinois, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Pennsylvania)

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience (business admin, contract admin, or project management)
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to be well organized, work independently, and develop strong relationships
  • Strong skills with all Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel and PowerPoint a must). Skills within other applications, such as Power BI, a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and enterprise–wide thinking strategic and critical thinking
  • Project and program management experience
  • Knowledge of utility business
  • Quick to learn and comfortable in rapidly changing circumstances
  • Technical analytical capability
