PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
ComEd Responsibilities including but not limited to, leading and developing employees, managing the group budget, projects, safety, and emergent issues business planning and setting strategic direction for document management, distribution, control and hierarchy for ComEd. This position manages ~20 employees, and oversees production of the onsite duplicating & document distribution company and associated processes. PECO Functions as first line supervisor for the Document Services team consisting of 5 � 15 bargaining unit, Professional (PSM) employees and/or contract staff. Monitors, ensures adherence to the strategic and tactical direction for document services, document hierarchy and distribution for Energy Delivery. Responsible for planning and facilitation of employee development plans/programs; budget management, project planning and implementation. Daily oversight responsibilities also include; vendor and contract management, executing effective problem analysis and resolution for emergent issues. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.

JOB SCOPE
Ability to make decisions, manage employees, manage processes, plan, organize and ensure safety is vital to the strategic / corporate business plan. Ensuring distribution of mapping products and controlled procedures as well as performing audits and controlling procedures enables the field and support organizations to perform their work in a safe and efficient manner. The decision-making has a significant impact on all Asset Management, Operations and Construction & Maintenance organizations, such as the Finance, the OCC, Emergency preparedness, the field, Work Management and Design Authority.
