Primary Duties and Accountabilities:

Oversees team leading all project management of the Management Model – including revitalization, change management, implementation, and tactical execution, including management of process reviewing control documents, working in concert with the operating companies’ Model leads. Responsible for working with contractor resources to execute the 2022-23 revitalization of the management model. Serve as lead strategist for Management Model 2.0 following the initial revitalization phase. Oversees technical platform selection for the Management Model and related issues. 60%

Oversee all work associated with preparation for utility Board of Directors cycles and execution, working in close collaboration with opco leadership (CEOs, Chiefs, COOs, CCOs, SVP GREA leads, CFOs). Leads development of and editing on quarter-end reports from IR, opcos and corporate departments, as well as annual reports and documentation needed for the CEOs office. Will manage preparation of Executive Committee agendas and materials. 30%

Serves as the primary contact between the COO Office team and the business for questions related to utility-corporate engagement and interaction points. 5%

Establishes and monitors the Department budget. 5%




  • Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years related work experience including 10 years of functional or technical writing experience in work and/or project management, OR the equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience.
  • Knowledge of change management, project management techniques, standard operating practices, and local governmental policies and restrictions
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to make complex decisions regarding the use of millions of dollars.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects and to manage a diverse mid-level leadership team and project management staff to deliver safely completed projects with quality results on schedule and within budget.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and persuasively with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a broad range of analyses, independently selecting proper techniques and making correct interpretations and appropriate recommendations based on the results obtained.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct effective teambuilding skills and develop effective communications plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult with business area stakeholders in analyzing business processes and problems and making recommendations for solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relatively complex budgets, track trends, identify gaps and to correct deviations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and evaluate moderately complex analysis of resources, budgets and workload plans.
  • Availability to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.


PMP certification is recommended but not required.

Experience with communications/change management
