A unique opportunity to lead, develop, and implement all aspects of email marketing campaigns for BGE including programs such as energy efficiency, customer operations and brand.  This person will lead , innovate, design and deliver marketing automation strategies that engage customers with opportunities to participate in BGE programs and initiatives.



  1. Develop and own BGE’s holistic email marketing strategy.  Manage and implement multiple email & digital marketing campaigns from start to finish which includes campaign development, scheduling, setup, testing, creating workflows and reporting. (30%)

  2. Evaluate, strategize and develop BGE’s marketing automation strategy utilizing BGE marketing stack which includes Oracle Eloqua. (30%)

  3. Manage system integrations to allow automated customer data to flow into email marketing platform. (20%)

  4. Develop reporting and analytics for all campaigns that focus on providing insights to key areas of the business to increase ROI. (20%)


Position will work across multiple departments, Company executives and external stakeholders to manage multiple marketing plans.



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant field

  • 5-8 years relevant experience or equivalent

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong leadership and project management skills



  • Experience working on B2B and B2C email marketing programs which includes content building, campaign automation, testing strategies, segmentation and working with CRM.

  • Strong marketing automation background with the ability to work across large organizations to accomplish strategic tasks

  • Experience with marketing stack applications including Oracle Marketing Cloud, Asana, CRM and others.

  • Ability to partner with internal & external teams to manage system integrations.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building

  • Experience with vendor management

  • Working knowledge of HTML

  • Direct experience working on digital marketing campaigns

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
