PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Plan and manage resources, finances, scope and services within a functional area of Information Technology to deliver business results. Provide IT products, services and solutions on time, within budget and with the required functionality. Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients. Participate in developing and implementing strategy/policy. Manage large-scale projects of high complexity, size and change management risk.
Contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the IT Experience at Exelon. As a leader in the IT Talent and Training team, lead initiatives to build capability among leaders and employees to develop talent to support business strategy and goals. Partner with HR and IT leadership in the development of an integrated talent and training plan that meets the needs of IT employees across Exelon. The Manager Talent & Training plays a crucial role in ensuring the success and effectiveness of initiatives within the IT organization and overseeing day-to-day support for The IT Experience programs.
Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
