PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONDemonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in implementing and supporting training technology strategies and identifying technology solutions for the Training organization. Supports the implementation of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT/ADDIE) model by providing support for the Exelon LMS and other learning technologies. Provides expertise in analyzing training technology problems, developing and recommending solutions relative to company strategic initiatives and Training department requirements.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES- Identifies, implements, and supports the training technology strategy. (25%)
- Training data management, analysis, and reporting. (25%)
- Supports project management for implementation of training technology improvements. (20%)
- Implements and supports testing for changes and updates to training-related databases and software. (10%)
- Provides end-user support (e.g. granting access, password resets, troubleshooting, etc.) (10%)
- Monitors and triages Learning Technology support applications and hardware (10%)
JOB SCOPEFacilitates implementation and management of technology solutions. Provides functional direction to instructional personnel across assigned programs for content and methodology associated with training technology. Contributes to the creation and updating of system related documentation, whenever applicable. May involve periodic travel to other Exelon Utility locations.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BS/BA in information/education/training technology discipline and 5-8 years relevant experience or in lieu of a bachelor's degree, four years additional experience in education/training or clerical experience using technology applications.
- Experience leading or participating in teams from multiple organizations in accomplishing diverse tasks and assignments.
- High level of knowledge of the scope and bounds of various operating systems, hardware platforms, PC tools, and systems including SAP, LMS, WBT/CBT, Socrates, Articulate, Office 365/Teams, SharePoint, and other IT/training applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MS/MA in an information technology discipline, technical discipline, or education/training
- 5 years’ experience working with SAP Success Factors Learning Management System
- Ability to create and maintain LMS Qualifications/Curricula and conduct reporting analysis
- Create and maintain course curriculum, learning assets, evaluations and assessments in the LMS
- Proficient in MS 365 applications
- Strong technical troubleshooting and software testing skills
- Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (ADDIE)
