PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide oversight and act as a key point of contact to Exelon leaders and employees for enterprise-wide phishing awareness education campaigns and training programs.  Provide high quality first line guidance to Exelon managers and employees and provide educational support and assistance when and where necessary.  Work closely with the Exelon Communications team members and provide security subject matter expertise with special projects and key initiatives.  Reports to the Manager, Security Communications & Change Management.  


PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Use personal discretion and judgment to create and administer enterprise-wide phishing awareness campaigns and training programs.  Identify and escalate business groups with higher rates of susceptibility. Act as primary point of contact to provide high quality first line guidance to Exelon leaders and employees for educational support and assistance when and where necessary.  Ensure effective communication of corporate goals, initiatives, changes and activities to employees. (50%)
  • Engage in decision making to select vendors to provide security awareness and simulation solutions.  Schedule and manage logistics for enterprise-wide instructor led phishing awareness training programs and events.  Consult with Cyber Security SMEs to influence ongoing phishing awareness efforts.  Manage to set budget and track spending as appropriate.  Work with LMS leads on the integration of annual compliance training and external vendor interfaces (as appropriate). (25%)
  • Produce security messages and training programs for in-person training and Exelon intranet portal. (10%)
  • LMS administration and reporting. Provide analytics support as needed (10%) 
  • Coordinate with external vendors and oversee financial management of vendor contracts. (5%)

  • This is a high-visibility position that requires the ability to lead and influence others without formal authority
  • Works under direct supervision.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in Cyber Security, Business and Technology, Criminal Justice or related field.  
  • 0-2 years relevant experience.    •    Demonstrated business acumen is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of training development programs.    
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal.    
  • Strong analytical skills.        
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.        
  • Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.        
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.        
  • Flexibility to accommodate different personalities and work styles, team player.        
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.        
  • Demonstrated ability and confidence to manage very senior interactions and expectations.        


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated business acumen is preferred.
